Chemical Processors Kick Start Plan to Replace Chlorine Rail Tank Cars

In a move that they expect other companies to follow, several major chemical manufacturers have committed to replacing their U.S. and Canadian chlorine-tank-car fleets by the end of 2017 with new rail tank cars that will feature significantly enhanced safety and security attributes.
