BRISBANE, Feb 3 AAP - A man faced court in Brisbane today over the stabbing murder
of a hotel yardsman in the Queensland outback town of Chinchilla in 1993.

Itinerant worker Shane Richard Webb, 39, was arrested in Queanbeyan in NSW yesterday
after a decade-long investigation into the murder of Leslie Gay Tennyson.

Mr Tennyson's body was found in his flat with seven stab wounds on July 29, 1993, after
